Greetings,

I have a main form called HouseHold and a subform called Applicants.
In my subform (Applicants) I have a field called AppType with drop down PREGNANT, CHILD, POST PARTUM. And another field in (Applicants) subform called AppStatus, with drop down NEW, DSS, REDETERM.
I’m using access 2000 and I’m trying to get the following in one report for the whole year (Jan-Dec)

AppType

1. All Applicants
2. Pregnant
3. Post Partum
4. Child
5. DSS-Pregnant
6. DSS-Post Partum
7. DSS-Child

I got the first four right, but wasn’t quite sure how to accomplish 5, 6 and 7.
I also want to show what percent of Pregnant applicants were in Jan, Feb etc, what percent of Post Partum in Jan, Feb etc.
