Hello,

I added some text fields to a report. These have the control source linked to a table, and some are blank and some are not. Now the problem is that when I "Print preview" the report, it shows the blank spaces from the blank fields. Is there a way to fix this so the blank spaces don't show up on the report, and all the non-blank data is shown without blank spaces in between?

Have you tried setting the Can Shrink property for the controls and section(s) to Yes?

Yes, it is set to "Yes".
