Report doesn't create second page when needed

I have a record report that is printed when a form command button is selected. For most records, this report only requires one page. However, when the report text is long enough that it requires a second page, the text just runs off the bottom of page 1 and I get no page 2. Help?

I was able to fix this problem by NOT using an entered pagebreak at the end of the section. Instead, I changed the section property to include a pagebreak "After Section."
