I have a field in a report called notes that I would like to have shown in the Report footer. The catch is that I would like it to show the notes from each record in the report at the end of the report. Is it possible?

Need more info here, but one method might be to use have a Textbox named
AllNotes in the Report Footer. Don't bind it to any data (No control source).

Use the DetailPrint event to put:

If Len(Me.AllNotes) = 0 Then
   Me.AllNotes = Me.Notes
Else
   Me.AllNotes = Me.AllNotes & ", " & Me.Notes 
End If

That will give you a comma-separated list of all notes in the Report Footer.
