I have the following fields in one of my tables:

CollectionID
AmountCollected
OfficialReceipt
DateOfReceipt

I made a query out of these fields:

CollectionID AmountCollected OfficialReceipt DateOfReceipt
1252 2,000 152680 21-Sept-05
1252 2,000 152681 21-Oct-05
1252 2,000 152682 21-Nov-05
1252 2,000 152683 21-Dec-05


Is there a way for my report to look like this?... (i will not include the DateOfReceipt field)

CollectionID AmountCollected OfficialReceipts
1252 8,000 152680 152681 152682 152683

Use a Totals query, leave the dates out, groupby the IDs and Sum the amount
 
Thanks for your inputs Rich, but it gave me the same result. :-(
 
A sample solution to your problem is attached. I know it is not the best one but it works for the data that you have provided.

The output is there in Query2. If you have more data on the same dates it will work for them but if they extend to more date range then the Number of Column will increase with each date.
