I have a table. One of the fields in the table is Aerial Lift. It is a check box.
I have a query that includes many fields including the Aerial Lift Check Box.
I have a report named Aerial Lifts.

What I would like to do is have the report check the query for the aerial lift box and that report only return results with the aerail lift check box checked.

I am in design view - report - event - on load.
I can see the check box in the expresion builder.

What I don't know how to do is word the expression so it returns the results of the box being checked. Everything I put in has given me an error message for a bad expression.

I think I'm close. I'd like to avoid having seperate queries for each report if I can. I know how to do that, but I'm trying to learn a better way.

Can somebody help please.

Thank you.

I would create a form, in which the different reports can open from.
Because then you can open the report with different filters or WHERE conditions.
Have a look on the DoCmd.OpenReport in the Help-file.

I got it. I was over complicating it.
Report
On Load-Apply Filter-Filter Name(MyQuery)
Where Condition=[Aerial Lift]=True

Thanks for the help fellows.
