Report halving text from one page to the next

I have a report that gives intervention approaches based upon how they score in certain categories. The particular interventions are contained within sub-reports that grow/become visible when necessary.

The problem that I'm encountering is that my text is being cut-off at the end of the details section of the page (anywhere from just a little to half of the line) - I've attached a picture.

Any thoughts? I've tried searching but am unsure of the exact words to describe my problem (halving text?).

Do you need the Addressograph box on all pages?

Yes, it's a mandatory requirement (as it will contain patient name, medical record number and other info).

I was afraid you were going to say that. I think I know what can be adjusted, possibly, but I can't explain too well. Is it possible to post the db here (compact first - Tools > Database Tools > Compact and Repair, and then zip it)? It has to be 393Kb or less to post here.
