ive areport with alot of data and it loks messy ast the mo how do i tidy it up so it looks more professional it all squashe donto 1pg at the mo fields r been cut short etc how do i extend it to two pages r even keep it all on on e pg but it looks professional

Manually go in there and make it look good. resize your fields

And you may have to make multiple rows to have all the data show. I have to do this frequently. I usually make the headers and data for each row different colors for visual ease of finding what it is and then I put a line (usually a very light one or dotted line) separating the detail records so the user can tell that the multiple rows actually go together.
