report invoice information

i have a quick question,

i have a report that is produced when the user types in the appropriate project id as its an invoice it shows the layout of the invoice, all the customer details and project costs.

but when produced they can only preview it and print it off, is it possible to be able to let them add their own written information to the invoice in certain boxes?

What is the nature of the info to be printed? If it is of a limited nature such as Reporting Month, you could open an InputBox in the OnOpen event and set whatever field is involved equal to the info coming back from the input box. If you have possible multiple entries, you could open a form in dialog mode with all the fields that will accept input and collect the info there and then move it all to the report fields.
