Report Keeps Breaking

I have created and recreated a report because it breaks after I close the database.

"...can't open the form..."

"It contains data that MS Access doesn't recognize. Re-create the form or, if you maintain backup copies of your database, retrieve a copy of the form."

I am displaying data using groups and sorts, and adding labels. Nothing fancy, all fields from one query.

I can't access design view to even show what I have done....any suggestions? Thanks.

Have you done a Compact and Repair lately? If not, I'd make a copy of your database and C&R that first. Check if you lost anything. If you haven't, see if that fixes your problem.

If C&R doesn't solve your issue, next thing to try is decompiling

Also you suggest the report 'breaks' on closing your database
Make sure you 'untick' Compact On Close in Access Options as that can cause corruption in certain circumstances
