Report Labels

This is nearly a match to a thread i posted on friday - with just a little more info:

I'm making *another (different - I swear!) report so that the department can print labels (name & address).

The label dimensions are 99.1mm * 38.1mm.

I have no problem in the data downwards, i.e:

add1
add2
add3
...

But i'd like to print them like this:

add1 add2
add3 add4
add5 add6...etc, etc



I was told to use the wizard - fair enough - but the dept doesnt have the CD and access says the wizard was not installed. So, does anybody have a clue how to do this manually please??]

Ok, on page setup from the file menu, go to the columns tab. Under grid settings it will say, number of columns. Change this from 1 to 2. Then you can choose the column layout across then down. HTH.
