Report Layout Problem

I have a problem with the layout of a report (dB atached) There is the main report which contains 2 sub reports 1 is a chart the second is a table. I have never had a problem in the past but I can't seem to get the Chart on the first page with the Utility type Header and the table on the second page without a header. It is probably something very simple.

Any help is really appreciated as I need to have this done for 11am

You've got the Keep Together property set to Yes in the detail. Change this to No.
