Good morning

Maybe you should look at normalizing you table. You mean to say that you have 255 fields in your table??

Hey guyz,

i just wana query about 45 fields..i dnt know why Access 2003 is tellinn me to remove some fields and generate the report again..i dnt have 255 fields.lol...Is there any possible causes for this. The data is coming from 4 tables!

Hope to get ur help!

I try it... there is a prob with "so many fields" in "Layout=tabular". If u choice "columnar" or "justified" - ok. this is not explanation, a part. decision ;)

If you used the wizard to create your report with lots of fields, you might end up with less fields on your report.
You might try making a new report, go to design mode and thru "View" > Field list > you can add all fields which are in the underlaying query or table.
