report not showing sum data

I have a database that imports data from MYOB to provide budgeting reports of different job numbers -budget-actual-YTD.
When total jobnumber ends last line on one page the overall total(Profit/loss) is only line on next page, but sum values = $0
If there is one line of jobnumber totals on the 2nd page, the sum values = $actual i.e true numbers are displayed
Any clues how to get the sum values without any line of data on 2nd page to show result of sum from previous page??

Welcome to the forum,

Microsoft provides sample databases for forms, queries and reports within them they explain how to deal with the samples so I would download the report sample database and take a look at what they suggest, you should find your solution there.
