Report only showing first page of info

Hello,

I have a query that a report is based off of. The issue is the report is not showing all of the information. It only displays the first page of records. The report should be about eight pages long.

Any ideas why this would be??

The code to opent report is:

docmd.OpenReport "ReportName", acViewReport

Click the elipsis button in the Record Source property and see if the query displays all the records when you run it (i.e. the query).

Do you have any subreports?

Have you tried recreating the report?

Thank you for the reply VbaINET. For some reason the report started to work the way I needed it to without me doing anything. I guess it was a "GLITCH"

Good to hear!

If you're beginning to have such problems it might be worth creating a new database shell and import all your objects (and custom toolbars/menubars) into that to rule out any form of corruption.
