Report opens up in small bar size window

Up until few minutes ago, reports were opening just fine (not the full screen but appropriate size). Now it opens up in small bar size window. How can i fix this.
(Unfortunately I am unable to post picture. All the options are disabled.)

Open it in design view - resize the preview window and save it - it should fix itself.
