I have access 2007 with sp1. I have a report designed to print from a label printer(address size label). If i make the label printer my computers default printer, I can setup the page properties just fine, and the labels print just fine. But I can't have it set up this way. I have many other reports that need to be printed on my other printer 8 1/2 by 11. Every time on my label report, I set up to print from specific printer, and enter my setttings, when I close the form, all of the settings reset.For when I open the form again, the default settings are there. Why wont the page setup settings stay how I set them?
Also, the label printer is USB. The other printer is a network printer. If i make the label printer my default printer, then ALL of my non label reports are formatted for a label printer. Access is only allowing me to set up one general page set up for all my reports, rather than page setup for each report.
