This criteria doesn't have anything to do with pulling information for the billing group..

How do I create a sample database of my data? Is there an easy way to do this?

I'm not sure how big your db is but here's a way:

1. Make a copy of your db
2. In the copy delete all the irrelevant objects
3. Cleanse the data removing any sensitive info
4. Compact & Repair the db to reduce the size
5. Zip and upload

It might just be quicker to copy across the relevant objects to a new db than deleting irrelevant objects. Your call.
