Report: Ranking Graphics

Hello,
I analyse machine behaviours. So, i have one table with the MachineName and the defect that occured.
I want to count the number of times that each defect appeared and do report with a ranking chart, only with te top 5!

The follow picture shows the main ideia:



Do you know how can i do that?

Consider SQL like . . .

SELECT TOP 5 Machine, Count(*) As DefectCount
FROM tMachineDefect
GROUP BY Machine
ORDER BY Count(*) DESC;

. . . to return the data you want.
