I am trying to build a "year book" style report of pictures of employees. I am trying to create a report which shows an employees name directly under an "image" box, theoretically the picture would be of the named employee.

I have a report started; however the problem is my data is showing in a list form rather than a side by side layout.

Any knowledge of this process would be greatly appreciated. I've been trying to figure out the image thing for a long time and finally caught on today, however as indicated the layout is now my challenge.

If it helps at all, i am referencing images by linking to their file path on a local hard drive and I would like my report to show roughly 5 images across by 5 down. This number may vary depending on layout availability on a single page and image size.

In the print>page set up of your report you should have a columns setting - you can adjust the settings and widths here until you have the report the way you want it.
