I am having a bit of trouble trying to figure out how to format an SOP database so the format reads like a "word document" SOP. I have attached my database along with the template "word document" they want it to look like.
My questions are:
Would you someone look at the tables and let me know if I should redesign them?
What is the best way to approach the sub-catagory (tiers) in the report?
The attachments tab I need help on too but that is a different subject (how to attach a file...I don't know how to do that much less start)
Any feedback would be great!
