Hello,

Using Office 2003 on XPPro.

I do a bit of computing for a local charity and I am being asked by our website designer if I can provide my report as one document rather than 250 separate HTML pages. Is it possible to do this ? I have tried various options involving Microsoft and Adobe software but the best I've managed is an XML file which kept the format and an RTF file which didn't.
The idea is to put the report content on the website and it seems that one file would make the upload quicker and make life easier (and consequently cheaper !) if I could do this.
I would be grateful for any help.

Thanks,
Bomac

try making a snapshot of the report and converting that to a pdf file.

Thanks Wazz, but won't that take away control of the file when used on the web? I suspect the web designer will need some manipulative freedom with the file which means HTML coding.

sry, missed the point ...

Hi Wazz,

I didn't explain very clearly what the problem was. We can get the data up on the site but I think he's complaining about the length of time it takes handling all the separate pages. I can understand how a single file would simplify the operation but I just cannot find a way to supply it.

I thought the forum worth a try in the hope that someone else may have had the same problem and found a solution.

Thanks for your reply anyway.

Bomac.
