Report to not showing primary key value.

Im looking for a solution to my current problem, i have a form which filters a report as a search function. The report gets its information from a table that another form writes too.

The problem is one of the fields that the drop down boxes in the form is linked to a field in another table that isnt a primary key and its showing the primary key instead on the field i want in the form

can anyone help?

Your post isn't clear. If you don't want the Bound Column to show then you need to set the Column Width property of the Combo Box accordingly. For example the bound column is usually the first column, and the second column is usually the description of that particular ID. So the Column Width will read:

0cm;2cm for example and the Column Count will be set to 2.
