I have a sub form with entries as to salary increases for employees

can I make a report that shows all the events or especially the latest one

Create report

1. You will need to create a report first.

2. Then put a button on your form to print that report to a file, export to file or save a snap shot.

5. Then open the switchboard and go to report menu.

Thanks for all the help
I guess my question is very simple...can you create a report from a sub form...so that all the events show...When I created a query and thenm a report only one of the events for the name showed...I'd like all the events for a particular record to show
