Reporting from Multi Select List Box

I have a problem. I have two list boxes, One is a multi select Listbox and the other is just for text strings. I want to be able select multiplie variables move them to the text String List box for the users verification. I then want to click a command button that will produce a Report based from the selected variables. How do I do this, I'm at a terrible loss. If someone could please hel.
