In printing a report which contains a list of authors I get "voids" between the names since I've opted to eliminate duplicates. How can I close up the gaps between the lines in order to produce a good looking report? The repoprt is set for 3 columns. I know that inWord I can use Enter and Delete but it won't wiork in Access. What am I doing wrong? Can someone please help.
Thank You.

Printing Columns in a subreport

Does anyone know how to print report that contains a subreport with the subreport printing in columns. When I originally set up the subreport, I set the page setup to 5-columns and it appeared fine. But when I added it to my report, the columns formatting does not work.

Please Help
