Hi I have an access database with a few row text in the main form which I call REMARKS in the quireis but in the report footer I don't get all the remarks except the first row text. Can any one suggest a solution...thanks

You need a subReport to show ALL the remarks.

But how would i do that can you explain in details how to make it

in the report design,
grab the subreport control off the controls, drop onto the report
set the subreport control source to the report you want.

hi again well i was not succeeded to do this, i have done the subreport but I allready have a subreport can i have a subreport inside a subreport? becoase i get the same report twice
