Hello guys...

Long time since I've been here but different projects - different ideas. Anyway I'm back and stuck with a simple one ...

I not using my fav Access 97 but have stepped up to XP which I'm hoping is a good move ... Anyway here goes... (i've done this in 97 which is very embarassing but...)

I want my report to shrink empty fields so that my addresses dont show blank lines when printing eg.

Mr X
1 the house
The Road
<BLANK>
The Town
The Postal/Zip Code

When the <BLANK> is blank I want the field to be hidden.

Setting controls to shrink doesn't seem to do this. All these fields are in the detail section of the report....
