Hello Guyz i have tried so many time to create a template for school student database and i am failed. so i request here for a template. if any one can do this me i am very thank full to him.
here is the design:-
1) student detail.
2) student marks card(1st Term Marks Card,2nd Term Marks Card, 3rd Term marks card) each term should be separated
thats it.....

and make it in the way that i can print each student profile on one paper similarly each student marks card on one page. and can be print all the marks card and profile and individual marks card and profile.
if more detail you want i am ready.

There are a number of templates included in the Access 2010 and there is one named Students, plus many more.
Regards Ypma

you mean online template in ms 2010 if yes then i searched form there i use ms 2016 i even downloaded template named student but no use that is y i requested here...

You are correct. That is a pretty useless sample. This site has more but I don't see one that seems to be what you need even though they say they have a grade template. https://www.template.net/business/microsoft-templates/microsoft-access-template/
Here's another -- https://www.template.net/business/microsoft-templates/access-database-template/

Take a look yourself and you might see something you need.

Here's one that might be just what you need but it is not free. Download the sample and that might give you sufficient information to build your own.

Hi

Is this for a Homework Project or do you need an actual database that records all Students information in regards to :-

1. In one school Year
2. The Student is a member of a Specific Class
3. Each Class has a specific number of Subjects
4. Each Class is split into 3 Terms
5. Each Term the Student sits Exams in all Subjects for which they are graded.

If this is for work, you might consider buying a system. I do know a place that provides several school-based databases for what appear to be reasonable prices. It's even on your side of the pond.

I agree with Frothingslosh, if you can find a product that does what you need, it will be more cost effective to purchase it than to build a new one. The site I referenced sells Access applications so if their product is close to what you need, you can buy theirs as a start and modify it to make it fit your custom situation.

Thanks Frothy

Mine are intended for use in UK secondary schools but have also been adapted for primary & tertiary as well as used in other countries. If you are interested they are sold with site licences as ACCDB files to allow clients to customize them
