My guess is that he has several friends on the forum and as such.......I resigned from my current job....was sufficient.

If he did not have several friends on the forum he would not have made the thread. The number of postings that appeared on the thread would tend to confirm he did have several friends on this site. Given that scenario it would be ridiculous to say...........I resigned from my current job, which is........

As a side note I have no idea what he did. Cardiothoracic surgeon, clerk, insurance salesman, garbage collector, electrician, neurologist, barrister, circus performer or whatever......

I assume you're passing by Bordeaux - Toulouse - Provence to Italy, well just open your windows close to Toulouse and you'll hear those magic sounds of
jazz/bebop/metal/blues/hop , in the distance.

We are going in that general dirrection staying first night in La Rochelle then visiting a friend in the Charente for a night then two nights in Arles down in the Camargue before the trip along the Corniche to Italy. Keep the windows open I'll toot the horn as I go by - (it's F#)

As I'll be doing the bulk of the driving and drink driving levels are low in Europe I shall concentrate on quality rather than quantity. Once I'm ensconced in the hotel in Tuscany for the wedding I may combine the two.

Just back from France doing all kind of preparations. Never worked harder in my life . Beginning of May , we will be moving to France to stay there on a permanent basis.

Not me Guv I'm a bass player I do majors and minors and that's it. 5ths are for Chinese music and 9ths are for clever people. On rare occasions I have been known to use a 7th....
