resize switchboard

Hi grus!!!
I have my switchboard that when opened it looks like pic "switchboard 1" when I use the menu to open and then close any form my switchboard appears like pic "Switchboard 2". I have the code maximise on the on open event of the switchboard.
Do you have any idea on how to get back the switchboard as on the first pic??

Do you mean u wanna close the second one and back to the first one? or? I dont get what u mean as both of the pic you send look like the same.

Yes they are the exact same switchboads, when I first open the application it looks like the first picture (full screen) once I have launched and then closed any form from the switchboard, the main switchboard will not appear as full screeen so I have to titles at the top!
