Results of Query - Continuous Forms

Hi,

I have a form that searches the database - the user selects the criteria from one of five combo boxes, and then hits a button, which runs the query and returns the results.

Right now the results are being returned in a datasheet view, and I would like to display them in continuous forms.

Any help on how to do this is GREATLY appreciated.
