Retrieve Data from word docs

Hi

Not sure if this is possible but worth an ask - I have been provided hundreds of word docs all standardized. I need to pull certain attributes from each of them and place into a table.

Is it possible to create a script that can open each file from a shared drive location and pull the information and paste into a database table?
