Retrieve Outlook Data into Access 97

I'm building an application that tracks quotes and have implemented some outlook modules to send emails and schedule tasks for the employee. Sending information into outlook has been fairly easy. The hurdle I'm trying to get over now is how to retrieve a list of tasks from each user. (My boss wants to be able to pull up a quote and click a button that displays everything in that specific persons task list and filter for that specific quote.)

I've read several articles about the EntryID of each outlook item but have not been able to figure out how to get this EntryID and match it to a quote. From What I've read, Access 2K will lilnk to outlook tables very easy. At this point I have to do it in 97, can this even be done.

If anyone has tried this or can send me to a good place to learn more about this please let me know.
