Rich Textbox Controls in Access 2003

I have several forms that use Rich Textbox Controls - Microsoft RichTextbox Control 6.0 (SP4)

They all behave OK in Access 2000 and AccessXP. However, in Access2003 I'm receiving the error "you entered an expression that has an invalid reference to the property Locked".

Is there a known problem with these controls on Office 2003? Is there an updated version of richtx32.ocx available? The version I'm using is 6.0.88.77.

I've searched the MS knowledge base but not found anything.
