I am putting a contract into my access dbase. The variables are no problem, just using fields. However, the basic text that doesn't change is in as a label and is "left" justified. On my original word doc, I used right and left justification which made a very clean looking document. How do I get both the right and left margins justified ?

Thanks again!

Appreciate the help. But my FILE, PAGE SETUP in design mode only show MARGINS, PAGE, and COLUMNS tabs. There is nothing under any of those that has anything about setting the justification. Am I missing something here?

Maybe I misunderstood you! On your lable you should be able to left, right and center justify. If you click on the actual field, you will be able to see what I am talking about. I hope this is helping. :(

EUREKA !!!

Well I didn't quite get it from what you said; but you definately pointed me in the right direction!!! What I found was under PROPERTIES, then under FORMAT, was TEXT ALIGN ....and there it was in the drop-down box ---> DISTRIBUTE !!!

Thank you .... Thank you..... Thank you!!!

UH OH

Well bummer! My fix worked for that paragraph ... but when have a paragraph with few words on last line, it spaces them all the way across ! Noooooooooooooooo!

Any other solutions:?

*tears hair out in frustration*

This seems like it should be ever so easy and I'm lost!

Then don't distribute! You can Left justify it and make your lable streach until the desired look you are looking for. You just have to play around with it to get it. Sometimes seporating your lables into several ones, and putting them excatly where you want them to be helps too. You have to remember this is not word. Access is just not a very good word processor! I hope this will help

:p Heheh ... that's what I finally did. Maybe if we're lucky, the next upgrade for Access will include this :D

Appreciate all of your help ...thanks so much.
