Right Click is Disabled

I inherited a 2007 Access Database. Somehow the "right click" function has been disabled. I can get into design view, but even there right click is disabled. Any ideas what I should look for to turn this feature back on?

Never mind. I found the problem. Someone had unchecked "Allow Default Shortcuts" in Access Options.
