Right Click on record on subform not working

When I click on a record on the subform and right click to get the delete record option nothing happens in FORM view but works in DESIGN view.

I have checked all the record and form options and they are all correct.

Using Access 2010

Also that the form's "Shortcut Menu" is set to "Yes"?

Yes the Shortcut Menu is set to YES. It just works in Design view. I guess it's the way Access is built.

I've no problem with right click, see picture.
I've attached the database also.
