How Can I Turn Off the Right Click Property Of Mouse in MDE?

You can deselect the "Allow Default Shortcut Menus" option in the Startup option for your db.

Tools / Startup... / [Allow Default Shortcut Menus]

Changes to the Startup... options will NOT take affect until the next time the db is opened.

i have already tried the link, but the problem is I want my menu bar and also turn of the rightclick property of mouse. if i use the code mentioned then i am losing my menu bar which i cannot afford to do.
