Hello! Nice forums we have here. I'm getting into setting up a MS access database for a small company. (5 people)
Basically I'm looking for a good place to find a specific template so I don't have to start from the ground up.
I have found these templates here, but they don't seem to include what I need.

I'm looking for a database to track RMAs. Here some examples of what info we are looking for.
* Bug reports – User is able to pick from a set of products/parameters before entering a bug.
* Support Call logs
* RMA info/tracking
* Product feature requests
Just wondering if anyone had any tips on what I am trying to do or can point me in the correct direction.
