I have to design something that will cover our late night rota.
Our working week is mon -fri with bank holidays.
How would I get a query to output in a cross tab table which person covers the late night, and is updated if people leave or we get new starters and incorporates bank holidays?
I have the people on a table with initials and an active tick box that removes people if they leave. I want the people to loop round through out the year so they cover a late night at regulaur intervals.
I can put dates in a table which are the bank holidays etc
this is roughly what it should look like:-

Week Date : eng :
01/01/04 : ints :
