I have a report which calulates various Label amounts for production runs. The labels come in bundles of 1000, so I need to Round up to the nearest 1000 in one of my Calcultions. Here is the Calculation that needs to be rounded up:

=[# of Cases]*[Case Count]+1000

Another problem may be that I cant have it rounded down, only up. So if it came to 2009 labels, Id need the calulation to round up to 3000.
Any help would be appreciated, I hate being stumped when Im so close to finishing this report

How about something similar to this:
=Int(([Cases]*[CaseCount]+1999)/1000)*1000

Creative use of Int() can lead to some decent rounding.

You're a genius! I have no idea how that works, but I just did a little cut and paste, and now Im all set

Thanks again

All I really did was add 999 to your total, so that 2001-2999 rounds up but 2000 will not. The Int(X/1000)*1000 strips off the extra digits (equivalent to 'rounding down to the nearest thousand').

Glad it worked,
