RTF drops information

I have a report that pulls data from a query. there are 3 unbound fields with:

[Enter Name]
[Enter Home Phone]
[Enter Cell Phone]

as the control sources

These 3 fields change all the time so there is no need to track this data. So my user opens the report, is prompted for these 3 items. Once data is typed in it looks great on screen. Now if we try to send this out as a RTF via email it drops that data.

Is there any work arounds?

I would love the option of PDF, but Access 2000 does not list this as an option.

check the samples

as an easy option instal a pdf printer (free)
there have been 100's of posts regarding this and the get rounds see if there is soemthing that tickles your fancy in the samples
