I export my reports in RTF format to email them to clients we have. Normally this works fine, however it has come to our attention that the notes field box when exported into RTF format cuts short some of the text, it is important that our clients recieve all of the information in these reports... any suggestions

If your reports are not too complex you might consider reading the results directly out of the underlying query, and composing the "report" as an email message, thence sending it out using a direct call on Outlook, or using CDO Messaging.
