Run application that has .ini file

Hello to all!!!!!
I have a database , and i want to put a button that runs an external application with it's .ini file. I tried the runapp macro and, although it runs ok, the .ini file isn't loaded!!!!!!!!
Any help would be appreciated!!!!!!
