Run export nightly on server not personal pc

Currently I have a form with a button that exports data to an Excel template, save as new file and done.

I need this to run nightly so in the morning upper management can view without anyone needing to do anything.

Since I am an intern I can not setup the task scheduler to run on my pc for when I leave they will deactivate my account. The database is saved on the server do I need to have them install access on the server then schedule the task that way or is there another way around?
