I'm getting this error message when trying to access a table record from a list box selection on a form.
It has worked in the past, but I've recently done a bit of housekeeping on my m/c and this is the result. It doesn't tell me which DLL is missing and when I press the "debug" button the following line is highlighted "Set rs = Me.Recordset.Clone". I don't understand VB so don't know if this is significant.
I've un- and re-installed MS ACCESS and the whole of MS OFFICE 2000, but no change. I also tried deleting the list box and re-inserting it but got a "DLL not found" error on the wizard.
Any advice gratefully received.
Thanks,
Steve

Hey there,

im not if this helps but i know if access 97 there are some options for referencing files and addins. maybe the required dll u need is not referenced to the access db u are you using therefore resulting in the error??

in acc97 u get to the references by opening up a vba code screen , going to tool and references... - not sure bout acc2k though

hope this helps
