Running a Macro Contained in another db

I tried looking around for this but I am at a loss. I would like to have one of my databases run a macro located in another database.
The reason for this is that I do not want to copy all of the objects to the new database and just have it run the macro.

I looked in the help file and it references libraries but unfortunetly I have no idea how to set these up.

I tried to use the RunMacro command and reference my external database but no luck.

Any help would be appreciated...
