I am fairly new to all of this so be patient…
I have 3 tables (one table per calendar year). I cannot merge these tables but wish to collect information from them.
I wish to collect a job number from each table (if it exists) by entering the serial number of the machine into a form.
I want to display the results in the form (subform(s)?) in an easy to read format.
As you will see from my attached sample database I currently have to run each query individually by clicking on a button.
Is there anyway I can open a form, type in the serial number, click ONE search button and the have all the results displayed from the 3 queries?
Also what is the easiest way to have a reset button for the search field?
