Runtime error in access database.

Thanks for Aussie link, I'd not seen this site however I have tried the hot fix many times.
Two other findings
I check my old desktop (Win 7 pro, 32 bit) and it was updated to SP3 12/28/11.
No hot fix.
I haven't had any problems!
Plus I tried Access 2003 database that started this whole investigation on another friends computer this morning ran as suppose to. His is Vista, 32 bit.

What would happen if I installed a 32 bit OS on a 64 bit machine?

Do a search in Google for Access Decompile.

It is a Switch used on open.

Name etc of Database/ decompile

As I said do a search.

Allen Brown has some info on it if you have a look.

Update
I havetaken a break from solving my problem.

I have loaded office 2007 and am forcing myself to learn how to navigatew it.

To this point I still have three computers that will not run Office 2003 Access.

All are 64 bit machines.

I have a project i need to get done, once there i'll rreturn to the 2003 problem.
